HttpSession in JSP using Eclipse

I am Durgesh! Today we are going to see session management in a JSP web application.
Let's get started with.
What is a session? Session is a span of time a user is active in communication with the server. Session is applicable for the applications which require authentication. E.g. When you make login to your mail account, your mail service provider keeps the track of your session until and unless you logout of the system.
Demonstration
The basic idea is, we will design a three page application with pages p1, p2 and p3. Page p1 will take user information such as Name and Email ID using the html controls and form tag. This information will be then passed to the page p2. P2 will fetch the parameters and create two session level variables named Sname and Semail and redirect to p3. Finally page p3 will retrieve the session level variables and display them.
