Our most recent young leaders graduated from our Associate Development Program for recent college graduates.
They spent 8 months learning the ins and outs of our business, working in a facility under the guidance of a team of mentors. They worked on business projects that had a tremendous impact on our business; yielding savings that ranged from $50K to $1.15 million.
