Maya: A Python Loop
In this tutorial you learn to take the first major step in Python programming. MEL = Maya Embedded Language integrates nicely into the Python syntax. That means that you can teach Python what a "Sphere" or a "Plane" is.
The initial line you need to type into your Python editor windows is this:
import maya.cmds as mc
In this tutorial we use Python to create a loop. The loop creates several objects and distributes them separated from each other in the scene.
