FluoRender Tutorial: Track Particles Using A Script

This video demonstrate how to track particles in time-lapse data utilizing a script. Script simplifies the setup process for complex analysis functions. In this example, we first determine the time range that a particle is visible. We set the time frame range based on the appearance and disappearance of the particle. Then, we use the paint brush tool to select the particle in the start frame. We run the script to track the particle within the time range. Finally, the analysis results on the changes of intensity values are shown as a graph in a separate browser window. The script system allows quick analyzing of a batch of time data.
