Missing Item Process by David
Currently the process of dealing with missing items is the dropship team lead will let me know of the items that are missing. The problem is after that I have no visibility on what has been found and shipped and what could not be found and needs to be removed and the delivery returned.
I created a simple 3 step process that gives the warehouse the place to put missing orders and the time in which they need to have a resolution on the missing items.
It saves us time in not having to manually investigate each un-processed order and the frustration in having to answer to customers who don't have the product that they ordered.
