Commodity Prices - Acquisition and Analysis using SQL and Python Part 1
Commodities are an integral part of business and markets and our traded with fluctuating prices every day. A commodity is defined as a basic good used in commerce that is interchangeable with other goods of the same type. Commodity examples include metals like gold or platinum or agricultural goods like wheat or cattle.
We show how to we retrieve commodity prices for ten separate commodities for more than ten years using Python. The result is a .csv file suitable for analysis.
