Welcome to Code With Harsh! In today's tutorial, we're going to build an incredible QR Code Generator and Scanner using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Project Overview:
Our project consists of two main parts: a QR code generator and a QR code scanner. The generator will take user input (text or URL) and create a unique QR code. The scanner will use the device's webcam to scan the generated QR code and display the decoded information.
