In this part for learning HTML5 with CSS3, we are going to scrutinize the bare-bones of an HTML web document. In this examination, a web browser's aid will be taken to completely understand how the HTML markup is turned into a full-fledged web page during rendering process. An HTML document can consist of any number of elements but to keep this example simple, we are only going to look at how to print a heading, image, paragraph and a footer section. It is imperative to keep in mind that any element or content that is placed inside the body tag-pair will become visible on the web page after the browser finishes the loading process. After that, we shall briefly see why an IDE is better at managing projects than simple text-editors and the differences between the two widely used protocols, HTTPS and HTTP. To understand what a protocol is, we will need to understand what an URL is and how is it related with a filesystem on the web server.
