Object Oriented Design principles. I am explaining the most important rule of Object Oriented Programing. Having this simple rule in mind will allow you to write better quality code regardless of programming language you use. Communication between objects is an essential thing in Object Oriented Design. It is more important than inheritance, encapsulation or polymorphism. Following Alan Kay's "tell don't ask'" principle and obeying "Law of Demeter" you can get the code which is easier to test and refactor.
