Demo to create radio buttons via Java code. It reads the values for the buttons out of a resource file, creates the buttons, and sets on-click handlers for each button.

Steps:
Create new resource file to hold values to put into radio buttons.
Create RadioGroup on Activity's XML file
In Java, create new RadioButton objects, configure with text and on-click listeners, and add to RadioGroup.
Read text from string.xml to build RadioButton text.
Find the selected RadioButton from the RadioGroup.
