Welcome to my submission for the Flutter SpeedCode Challenge!
In this video, I build a clean and functional To-Do List App from scratch using Flutter, in under 15 minutes.

🔧 Core Features Implemented:
• ✅ Add tasks using a TextField and Add button
• ✅ Display tasks in a scrollable list
• ✅ Toggle task completion status (done / not done)
• ✅ Delete tasks
• ✅ Simple and clean UI layout using proper padding and spacing

📱 Screens included:
• Splash Screen
• Home Screen with tabs: All and Completed
• Completed Screen to display finished tasks

💡 The app logic uses StatefulWidget, TextEditingController, ListView.builder, and setState to manage the UI state dynamically.
