ARRAY Crew has launched a Crew Conversation Series highlighting the work of below-the-line crew professionals. From sharing stories from set to hiring tips our Crew gives you a behind the scenes glimpses of some of the most diverse sets in Hollywood!
For our inaugural conversation we hear from department heads DOMINIQUE DAWSON (Costume Designer) and SCOTT DOUGAN (Production Designer) from the hit HBOMax series, DMZ. This Crew Conversation is moderated by Nicole Mabry (ARRAY Crew).
Created by acclaimed filmmaker Ava DuVernay, DMZ leaps off the pages of the DC graphic novel into the visual landscape of a dangerous and distorted Manhattan as one woman navigates a demilitarized zone in a harrowing quest to find her lost son.

Membership is free for crew professionals across more than 600+ job categories, including scripted, animation, documentary and unscripted, who are at least 18-years of age with a minimum of one verifiable production credit.
