Codility TieRopes Java solution
Tie Ropes is the second task in the Greedy Algorithms lesson on Codility. The aim is to tie ropes together to find out how many ropes of a given length can be created. The ropes are defines as an array of rope lengths and only adjacent ropes may be tied together.
