Images on websites are SO important! My goal in planning and creating this video was to hit the high points and address the most important and useful tips re: web graphics, current as of 2018.

Generic "image optimization" points are covered as well as the main criteria for deciding between PNG and JPG or SVG formats, when such options make sense. Also addressed are the primary target device resolutions for both portable-desktop and smartphone visitors as of 2018, along with the predicted evolution of "responsive" and resolution trends in coming years. Also mentioned is the benefit of capturing photos in high resolution yet batch reducing, etc.
