Welcome to another Python 3.9 tutorial video, this video is about lists and tuples. Our focus here is to learn about lists and tuples while understanding the difference between Python lists and tuples. Often confused, due to their similarities, these two structures are substantially different.
A tuple is a collection of data, separated by commas, which makes it similar to the Python list, but a tuple is fundamentally different as a tuple is "immutable." This means that it cannot be changed, modified, or manipulated.
To define a tuple, most of the time they are encased in round brackets.
But on the other hand,
Python Lists that are far more popular and mostly used, as the collection of data inside a list can be modified. To define a list, we use square brackets.
