This beginner javascript tutorial teaches you about one of the javascript number method, that is called the .toFixed method. This is appended to a decimal when you want the decimal number to be rounded up to a whole number or to the whatever required number of decimal position as specified in the argument inside the parenthesis. If no argument inside the parenthesis, then the decimal number is rounded to the nearest whole number .
