The concept of data type is significant in programming.
Different forms of data can be stored in variables. The classification or categorization of data elements is known as data types. It represents the type of value that specifies the operations that can be carried out on a given set of data. Data types are essentially classes, and variables are instances (objects) of these classes, because everything in Python programming is an object.
