micro:bit
A small video about the fantastic micro:bit board from BBC that can be programmed directly in Python.
It features a 5x5 led matrix, two buttons, accelerometer, compass and several GPIOs. Thanks to the Python language it implements it would be in my opinion a very nice way to teach programming.
