Code a Time-lapse Wallpaper in Python 3
In this video we're coding a timelapse into wallpaper / background in Windows 10 (Python 3).
We'll also learn how to extract images from a timelapse video using VLC media player to get the job done quickly.
To install PyWin32:
python -m pip install pywin32
