Firebase Functions - Data Validation
In a previous tutorial, I discussed how to create a REST API using Firebase Functions. In this tutorial, we're going to be talking about how to validate the data we pass to the REST API. Validation is extremely important for preventing malicious activity and maintaining the integrity of the data in our database.
