Python programs can be developed/implementd in two modes:
1) Interactive Mode :Submit satement by statment explicitly
2) Batch Mode (Writing all statments of your respective python program and submit all statements at once)
Editors and IDE are available for batch mode.
IDE - Integrated Development Environment
Pycharm, Jupiter
Interactive mode in python command shell is required. Its available in installation of python shell.
the interactive mode is not suitable for developing the projects and application.
interactive mode is used for predefined functions and programs
