Java Project: Hibernate Framework Configuration, Mapping, and Testing
This is a Hello World tutorial for Java Hibernate framework. The video showed how to add Hibernate and MySQL .jar files into the Java Project; how to configure the hibernate.cfg.xml file and mapping file cat.hbm.xml file; how to write entity class Cat.java and test class CatTest.java. Finally the tutorial successfully added data into MySQL database. This tutorial provides you a good start point to learn Hibernate framework. The newest version Hibernate4.2 was used in this tutorial.
