Code Deploy is a great way to configure multiple different applications such as DEV, QA, PROD and deploy to them each individually. You can deploy from Github to your servers or S3 for convenience. You also have a feature of rolling deployments so that if one server fails a deployment the others won't try to update and remain online. This feature will help minimize downtime.
