converting image into cartoon with python

In this video, we see how to convert an image into a cartoon using python script. In this code, we use different cv2 modules such as
cv2.kmeans: for reducing the number of colors (color clustering)
cv2.medianBlur: for blurring the image
cv2.adaptiveThreshold: for extracting the edges of the image
cv2.bilateralFilter: for denoising the image
cv2.bitwise_and: merging two images (blurred + edges)
