"Let's Code" Testing RestMud - Java, JUnit, Automation Abstractions, Exploratory Testing - Part4
To round off our walkthrough of the RestMud test strategy from TDD Unit testing to REST API testing, in this video we will concentrate on the automated REST API execution, and exploratory testing - interacting with the Web GUI in a browser and the REST API using Postman.

Using internal tests to generate tests that can be replayed as external input for integration testing
simple keyword driven scripts created automatically because they are not for human editing or creation
reviewing the testing identifies gaps in the coverage
use automated execution to put the app in a certain state where we can then explore through the GUI interactively
reasons why exploratory testing in addition to code based testing is important
demonstration of using Postman to interact with the RestMud REST API and work with the JSON output
discussion of how Abstractions to support automating can be used to support exploration and interaction
