Python Filter Map Reduce

Filter Map and Reduce are 3 built in python functions.The Map function applies the same function to each element of a sequence. After that the map function returns a modified sequence to us. The filter function filters items out of a sequence and returns that filtered list. A reduce function applies the same operation to items of a sequence. The reduce function then uses the result of each operation as the first parameter of the next operation. After the reduce function has got to the end of a sequence the reduce function returns an item not a list.
