useEffect :-
data fetching, subscriptions, or manually changing the DOM from React components before. We call these operations “side effects”
The useEffect() hook takes two arguments: a function and an optional array of dependencies. The function is the effect that will be executed when the component mounts, updates, or unmounts. The dependencies are an array of variables that the effect depends on. If any of these variables change, the effect will be re-executed
