Enable Firefox Java Plugins

I would recommend checking this site first to see if it recognizes the plugin as being up to date:

Then I would use this site as well:

On that second site you may need to click inside the box to get the tester to start. If both of those check out try clearing the java cache using these instructions:

After that I'd do a restart just to be safe. Good luck!
