Python PDF Scraper Bot
A Client requested to scrape all of the official statements from the financial bonds in the form of pdfs from the website https://emma.msrb.org/.
Bonds must be only (the site provides all financial bonds) exclusive to California.
The website is very difficult to scrape because it has pagination, links to PDFs are loaded in a separate section with separate http request and the links might lead to 404 error.
