Sometimes it's necessary to work decreases on a purl row when you're knitting a garment in Stockinette (or you just want to work a decrease in a purl stitch in a textured fabric). Learn how to work three different purlwise decreases (the P2tog, the SSP, and the P2tog-tbl) and understand how they lean to the right or left on the front side of the work.
