This video demonstrate setting up angular environment. After going through this video, you can learn setting up all the pre-requisites to ready your angular environment, here it will set environment for angular 8 but steps are common for all angular versions, just you need to specify the version on @angular/cli command if you want to install any specific version like angular 7 or any other older one. By default latest version of angular-cli installed. This video also demonstrate installing an IDE and at last you will be able to create a demo angular app.
