A video of developing StaffPhoneGUI a little further again ... adding an "Edit" button to allow the editing of existing records, and an auto-save feature, validation improvements, and other bits and pieces.

Note: This video uses Swing Input dialogs for getting user input - as question specifies. It would be much better to use GUI controls (TextFields, etc) to get user input. See this video for an example / demonstration of using TextFields, etc:
