Real Knobs
As much as I love my car, modern electronics miss a certain tactility.
When I turn the volume up, I want to know I'm turning it up, so I've made a volume lever for my car.
It's hacked together from a USB volume dial, and various bits of scrap lying around the shack.

EDIT: Thinking about it, I'm not sure the volume dial is a potentiometer, as it turns indefinitely, there are no limits like on a POT. There are also increments, so it is not analog either. And it also acts as a push button, so I think it must be some sort of digital rotary switch? The strange thing is that it has "momentum" as in the faster you turn it, the more it throws the volume up. If anyone knows more about this sort of thing, please sound off in the comments below.
