TWITTER TUTORIAL: CREATE AN AUTOMATIC DIRECT MESSAGE

Remember to click inside of the text box of the code you want to run, then hit the black play button. The first cell, once filled out properly, must be ran first before anything else.
Steps:
1. Create a developer account
2. Create an app
3. Generate your oauth tokens and then fill out the information in the first cell
4. Run the cell, then any other following ones as needed
