How to install oracle PL/SQL Developer on windows PC??

Steps:
1. Start installer by clicking .exe installer
2. Open plsql developer
3. Use oracle 11g client for database connection from PL/SQL developer
---here I have installed 11g client and add tns entry for target database
my target database is 19c and tns name is orcl
Let's test with sys user connection from plsql developer

activated and connected with ORCL tns names db
