This was requested by sloangrey, who saw this effect in this video, so all credit to them for the effect!

This might not be the way they did it, but this is all I could figure out and it definitely gets a similar effect.

Basically, you just need to add velocity and motion blur to your clips to make this work. I hope it made sense in this tutorial, but any questions please just ask me! :)
