JavaScript Array Splice

In JavaScript, array splice is used to add or remove elements from an array. If you provide one argument to splice, splice removes every element in the array starting at the provided index argument on to the end of the array. The second argument to splice is the number of items to remove. Finally, the last argument to splice is optionally any amount of items to add to the array. Both the second and third arguments to splice are optional.
