The Stuff String function in SQL Server 2019 can be used to insert a string into another string at a specified position. It can also be used to replace a part of a string with a new string. The Stuff String function takes four arguments: the string to be inserted or replaced, the position at which to insert or replace the string, and the length of the string to be inserted or replaced, and the replacement string.
