Implicit cursor attributes in oracle plsql.
In this oracle tutorial I have demonstrated 4 attributes of oracle pl sql implicit cursor. Among this SQL%ISOPEN is not important and of least use, but the other three attributes are very important. These are SQL%ROWCOUNT, SQL%FOUND and SQL%NOTFOUND.
