Block variable in scratch a block based coding platform- text variable
In this video we will learn how to create a text variable in scratch a block based coding platform for beginners and kids, we will name the variable, this name must be unique because it will be used as an identifier for that variable to help us distinguish our variables. We will store a text value using the variable and also use the variable to get user input by using the ask bock which is located on the sensing block to allow the user to enter a value.
Then we will use the value saved in the variable, by using the say block which belongs to the look blocks. We will be learning all of this in a fun and animated way using cartoons which stimulated concertation from kids(edutainment) learning programming while having fun.
