Every developer shold follow these standards at the time of coding. The five design principles are:

S: Single Responsibility Principle (SRP)
O: Open for extension, but closed to Modification (OCP)
L: Liskov Substitution Principle (LSP)
I: Interface Seggregation Principle (ISP)
D: Dependency Inversion Principle (DIP)
