Video steps:
Open Windows Start
Search for "cmd"
Right-click on "cmd" and select "Run as administrator"
Enter:
cd C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framwork64\v4.0.40419
Navigate to your service's folder
Enter:
installutil "C:\Path\To\Service.exe" and press Enter
Open Windows Start
Search for and open "Services"
Your installed service should now be part of this list
