Java Exceptions for eCommunication and eDistribution
If your computer has upgraded recently to the Java 7.51 version, you may be experiencing some errors when attempting to view plans online in our Online Plan Room, as well as in our eCommunication website. Additionally, eCommunication's Markup & Annotate tool may be reporting a similar error.
This is a short tutorial video that will explain the steps needed to program your Java installation to allow our sites to run on your machine. If you are experiencing a display error, even after allowing the software to run and making sure your Java installation is up to date, please follow the steps in the video.
