In short, if you're just installing a mod, then move all the plugin stuff (plugin platform and inspect plugin) to cstrike, then move your mod to your custom folder like any other mod, and then it should come with a line, that line you have to paste it in the weaponslookataction.txt file, which is inside "cstrike\addons\sourcemod\configs\".
If you want to make a mod with it (or the mod didn't come with the line/the line was wrong), then check the compiling part of the video.
