To create a Digital Clock using react:

1) Create a Digital Clock using React hooks, WebAPI, and the Date class of JS.
2) When Digital Clock is mounted a Digital Clock should update the state variable with the current Time ( seconds ).
3) This Digital Clock should update the time variable regularly at an interval of 1 sec ( using setTimeout/setInterval).
4) When the component is unmounted the Digital Clock should be terminated to clean up resources.
