Why do we forget what we study? The brain has a habit of forgetting so it doesn't accumulate unnecessary information. It's also because it doesn't like to waste glucose. If we want to retain what we learn, we have to prepare our brain. One method that has always worked well for me is to create a poster before starting to study the subject topics. In this video, I make an example poster, but the method is valid for any subject—humanities, numbers, ESO (Compulsory Secondary Education), Baccalaureate (Baccalaureate), Vocational Training (Vocational Training), or any other degree. Feel free to make one for any subject. When you start the course officially, you'll see that the information is retained more effectively. Social Media:
