Problem Statement - Given a binary string which contains 0's and 1's along with binary operators coded as A, B and C for AND, OR, XOR operation.
Write a function to evaluate the value of the binary expression where coded binary operators are converted to respective operators.
Return the result of the expression, if string is null then return -1.

This question was asked in campus placement round of multiple MNCs.
