Pokémon Indigo/Añil Version 4.0.2 Dev-/Debug-Console Tutorial
Title says it all!
In short again:
1. Open Game.rxproj inside the Folder where Game.exe is located
2. Open Scene_Map in RPG Maker XP.
3. Go to Line 202.
4. Change it to: $game_temp.debug_calling = true
5. Ensure true is lowercase.
6. Save and launch via Game.exe.

For those unable to patch it themselves: https://mega.nz/file/hgokETrR#zbXwh6F... - Download this file "scripts.rxdata" (my prepatched version) and put it inside Gamefolder/Data. replace the existing "scripts.rxdata"
If you play on phone with joiplay, create new button with F9, and then you can use it too
