Microsoft Copilot is about to get significantly more powerful. From April 2026, it can reason not just over your Microsoft 365 data — emails, meetings, documents — but over your Dynamics 365 data too. Your CRM, your cases, your customer records. All of it, in a single conversation.
That's a big deal. But there's a problem.
Copilot can only reason over data that exists. And the most valuable context in any customer relationship — what was actually said, the tone of the conversation, the commitments made, the concerns raised — has never made it into the system. It lives in phone calls. And phone calls disappear.
