Installing Angular CLI | Angular CLI Tutorial | Learn How to Install Angular CLI | Let's Code
In this video, we are going to cover how to install Angular CLI using npm.
1. We need NodeJS installed on our System
Download NodeJS using the link below-
https://nodejs.org/en/download/
2. Use Command Prompt and type the following command
" npm install -g @angular/cli "
The above command will download all the packages for Angular CLI
3. Open AppData Folder and open npm Folder, Copy the link of the folder
4. Open Environment Variables and Open Path Paste the link
5. Again in the AppData folder Open the following folder's -
" npm - node_modules - @angular - cli - bin "
Copy the path till bin folder and paste it in the Environment Path
6. Save the changes made than open the command prompt type the following -
" ng --version " to check the angular installed in the system
7. Open the desired folder where you want to create a project on Angular
8. Open Command prompt in the following destination folder
" ng new 'Project_Name' "
9. The above command will create a project based on Angular.
10. Using " ng serve command " it will compile all the downloaded packages and create a server
11. Copy and Paste the mentioned link after compilation in your desired browser
